SPECIALS MENU
This specials menu changes approximately every six weeks. We use this menu to experiment with different ideas and the way these items sell gives us a great indication of what our customers want.
We like to evolve our primary menu, being careful to keep the most popular dishes and adding successful specials.
Our ideas for specials come mostly from our staff—we encourage contributions from everyone, from the dish staff to the bar staff.
