Group Celebrations

We welcome group bookings for birthdays, work functions, hens nights, christenings and general celebrations.

Bookings are essential and the number of large groups is limited on Friday and Saturday nights.

Groups are typically set up on the far side of the restaurant and broken into smaller tables if over 16 people.

You have the option of either ordering straight from our menu, or organising a set-price menu ahead of time. Set priced menus can viewed here.

The set menus comprise of our most popular dishes; we have selected items that cater to most tastes, but should you wish to include any of our other dishes we are more than happy to discuss alterations.

To take advantage of our group set menus you will need a minimum number of ten people. You may make bookings for lunch or dinner seven days a week, but please bear in mind group sizes may be limited on Friday and Saturday nights.

If you wish to make a group booking and plan to order off a set menu, your whole group needs to order off the set menu (and the same set menu for the group).

Your group will be well looked after by our friendly wait staff—just relax and take a seat, whilst we serve you drinks from our extensive bar menu and your choice of cuisine to your table.

Both our management and staff endeavor to make your function an enjoyable and relaxing event, offering you the best service, wine and food that you expect from Trackside.

Terms and Conditions

1. To ensure your function runs smoothly please note the following. To secure your booking we will require a deposit of 20% of the amount you book for.
2. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will not incur charges—notice less than 48 hours notice will result in a possible forfeit of your deposit.
3. Please be very careful when making your booking as we require the exact numbers for your booking to ensure our service mirrors your expectations. (For example, if you book a table for twenty but only fifteen people shows up you will be charged for the twenty you booked for.) You may alter the number of people up to 48 hours before your booking without charge.
